Sitting - Not such a great idea

Updated: Jun 5, 2018

In a Medscape article dated 17, April 2018 entitled "Prolonged Sitting Tied to Brain Atrophy", lead author Damian McNamara argues that as little as 4 hours of sitting without a break can lead to cognitive decline. He suggests a 5-minute break with every 30-60 minutes of sitting where you stand and/or walk before sitting again.

You might also think of a standing desk for your computer and face-booking or the kitchen counter - you'll be smarter for it.
